Q1. Who can apply for migration to Australia?

Australia has non-discriminatory migration policy and anyone with good health and character and qualification can apply

Q2. How do I know my chances of success to migrate to Australia?

By entering your answer in one of our three assessment forms, we will have a good idea where you stand. If however, you do not qualify, we will tell you so, and save you time and money.

Q3. How long would it take to get the visa?
A3.
In most classes, the answer may take six to twelve months, depending on the country and the visa class.

Q4. What is the total cost for my class of visa application?

Please see our services and fees table to get general idea. Depending on your family, spouse and their English standard, non-English speaking applicant will have to pay more, We will give you a close estimate on application.

Q5. How much and when will I have to pay your service fees?
A5.
Our services fees is based on the visa class you are applying and how much work is involved, we will give you an exact estimate after you fill in the appropriate assessment form. You pay our fees in three stages, i.e. One-third to begin the service; then one-third on lodgment of visa application: then one-third final payment on approval on visa.
In the event, your application is refused we will probably refund one-third of the total paid service fee to you.

Q6. Is it possible to get a job before we apply migration?

You can come in on a visitor or other visa to look for a job. You can only get a promise of a job and use that to support your application.

Q7. Do all documents have to be certified or notarised?
A7.
You can certify or notarise your own documents in your own country by authorised notaries. Local applicants can get their document by our principal, who is a commissioner of declaration free of charge.

Q8. Can you assist in settlement, setting up or purchasing a business in Australia?

You should stay in Australia for at least two years in the first five. Then in the sixth your, you will be issued a new five year multiple entry visa. Otherwise, you may get only a three month visa or your visa may even be cancelled completely.

Q12. Am I allowed any government assistance or social welfare as new migrants?

New migrants are entitled to MediCare, Childcare, family allowance, and rental assistance. They are not allowed to apply for other assistance within the first two years of entry.
